News

  1. Butker converted his only field-goal attempt and all three of his PATs during Sunday's 30-27 win over the Raiders.

Butker made a 28-yard field-goal try in the second quarter, but he was limited to just one field-goal make for the third time over four contests this season. The kicker has gone 7-for-9 on field-goal attempts, including 0-for-2 from 50-plus yards, to this point in the 2026 campaign.

  2. Butker went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and 3-for-3 on extra-point attempts in Sunday's 24-10 win over the Dolphins.

The kicker missed from 50 yards out late in the fourth quarter when the game was well in hand. Butker is 6-of-8 on field-goal tries and 10-of-10 on extra-point attempts in 2026. He is getting enough opportunities in the Chiefs' new-look offense to average double-digit points in fantasy.

  3. Butker went 4-for-5 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his PATs in Sunday night's 33-30 overtime win against the Colts.

Butker was a busy man versus Indianapolis, making field-goal tries from 46, 28, 31 and 40 yards in the victory, the last of which was a game-winner in overtime. The kicker's lone miss of the day came in the second quarter when he pushed a 51-yard attempt wide left. Through two contests, Butker has looked as good as always, converting five of six field-goal attempts, and he'll look to add his first make from 50-plus yards in Week 3 versus Miami.

  4. Butker connected on his lone field-goal attempt and all four of his extra-point tries during Kansas City's 31-10 win over the Broncos on Monday.

Butker's lone field goal was a 28-yard chip shot late in the third quarter, but most of his work came on PATs and kickoffs in Monday's regular-season opener. The offense under Patrick Mahomes and coordinator Eric Bieniemy looked promising in Week 1, so Butker's scoring ceiling figures to be higher this year than it was in 2025. Kansas City will stay at home for a Week 2 tilt against Indianapolis on Sunday.
