News

  1. Mevis went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 24-20 win over Philadelphia.

Mevis converted his first field-goal attempt of the day, making a 40-yard try late in the first quarter. The kicker did miss his next field-goal try though, pushing a 48-yard attempt wide left in the third quarter. Mevis has now gone 5-for-7 on field-goal attempts while making all 10 of his PATs over the first four games of the regular season.

  2. Mevis went 4-for-4 on field-goal attempts and made both of his PATs during Sunday night's 30-26 loss to the Broncos.

Mevis had only one field-goal try through two weeks, which he missed, but he was far more busy in Week 3. The kicker made field goals from 36, 35 and 40 yards in the second quarter before later adding a 48-yard make in the fourth quarter. Mevis has yet to attempt a field goal from 50-plus yards this season, and he had just one such attempt in 2025, so he doesn't have the same ceiling as other kickers from a fantasy perspective.

  3. Mevis missed his only field-goal try and made all four of his PATs in Monday night's 28-6 win over the Giants.

Mevis went without a field-goal attempt in Week 1 against the 49ers, but he got his first chance as time expired in the first half Monday, pushing a 43-yard try wide left. The kicker will have more opportunities moving forward, and he'll look to secure his first field-goal make Sunday against the Broncos.

  4. Mevis made his lone extra-point try and didn't attempt any field goals in the Rams' Week 1 loss to San Francisco.

The Rams offense was held in check by a spirited San Francisco defense, and Mevis' only opportunity to kick came following Los Angeles' lone touchdown early in the second quarter. Mevis also didn't see a ton of FG tries during his rookie campaign last year, but that was largely because Los Angeles was so adept at getting into the end zone — he went 12-for-13 on field-goal attempts and 39-for-39 on PAT tries across nine regular-season games. The Rams offense figures to be much more productive most weeks, so Mevis should see more frequent scoring opportunities moving forward.

  5. Mevis made two field-goal attempts from 27 yards out and converted both PATs in the Rams' 20-18 preseason win over the Chargers on Thursday.

Mevis put a bow on his perfect preseason with his four kicks Thursday. The second-year kicker went 6-for-6 on field-goal attempts and 8-for-8 point-after tries across three exhibitions, affording him no shortage of momentum heading into a Week 1 matchup against the 49ers in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday, Sept. 10.
